Leadership
The spiritual leadership of the congregation is provided by the Rabbi. The lay leadership of the congregation is provided by the Board of Directors. All are subject to the Bylaws of Temple Israel which were adopted by the congregation and are guided by the mission of our Temple.

Board Of Directors
The board of directors is elected by the congregation at its annual meeting in April and each member serves for a two year term. It currently consists of the officers (President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer), the previous President, and five other members of the congregation. The Board is the general management team of the temple, responsible for Temple finances, policy decisions and care of the daily business, always subject to the Temple’s Bylaws. The Board generally meets once a month, the second Thursday of the month. The highlights of those meetings are included in “Board Notes” contained in the “Temple Talk” the following month. The current membership of the Board of Directors is:
